Cancellation Policy


Please keep in mind the cancellation policy.  I understand sometimes schedule changes are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request over 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You may reference the booking page at where it states "by providing your email you are acknowledging the cancellation policies and pricing."  You may also reference the Nondisclosure Agreement page, or your two confirmation emails. Because the services booked are reserved for you personally, a fee will be applied upon cancellation or rescheduling.  A 100% fee will be sent via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal for a 24 hour (or less) notice, where as a 50% fee will be sent for a 48 hour (or less) notice for cancellation or rescheduling.  If more than 30 minutes lapses between the start of your appointment, the tardee appointment will then be seen as a no show/cancellation. Salon has the right to refuse any future appointments if the fee has not been paid.
